Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:
- "jl958," "we," "us," or "the Platform" refers to jl958.club and the entity operating it, including all gaming services, promotional systems, and support infrastructure accessible at that domain.
- "Player," "you," or "User" refers to any natural person who creates an account with jl958 or accesses any service provided through jl958.club.
- "Account" means the individual player account registered by a User on jl958, through which gaming activities, deposits, withdrawals, and bonus participation are conducted.
- "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by a Player into their jl958 account using supported payment methods, available for use in any game vertical on the platform.

Account Eligibility

- Are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration;

- Are not acting on behalf of, or in the interest of, any other person in conducting gaming activity;

- Are registering and playing voluntarily, for entertainment purposes, with funds you can afford to wager.
jl958 reserves the right to request proof of age at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation upon request will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until compliance is achieved. Where a player is found to have been under the legal age at any point during their use of the platform, jl958 will void all game results and refund net deposits subject to applicable deductions.

Account Registration and Security
To access real-money gaming services at jl958, you must complete the registration process and create a single, personal account. The following conditions apply:
- One account per person: Each player is permitted to maintain one (1) jl958 account. Operating more than one account, whether under the same or a different identity, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
- Accurate information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and keep this information updated at all times. jl958 is not responsible for consequences arising from inaccurate account details provided by the Player.

Deposits and Payments
jl958 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. The following conditions apply to all deposits:
- The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (Philippine Peso), unless a specific promotional offer states otherwise.
- Deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits — using another person's GCash, bank account, or any other payment instrument — are prohibited.
- jl958 does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
- jl958 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank hold policies, or network congestion on e-wallet platforms including GCash and Maya.
- All deposited funds are held in designated player accounts and are not commingled with jl958's operational funds.
- Deposited funds may only be used for gaming purposes on the jl958 platform and may not be used as a payment intermediary or money transfer service.
Currency: All transactions on jl958 are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP) unless otherwise specified. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted at the prevailing exchange rate at time of receipt.

Withdrawals
Withdrawals from your jl958 account are subject to the following conditions:
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply per transaction and per day depending on your verification status and VIP tier.
- Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible. jl958 reserves the right to determine the most appropriate withdrawal channel in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations.
- Before processing a withdrawal, jl958 may require completion of identity verification (KYC), including a valid government-issued ID, proof of address, and verification of the payment method used.
- Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirement are not eligible for withdrawal until the wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
- jl958 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse a withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, multi-accounting, or breach of any term of this agreement. - Processing times for approved withdrawals: GCash and Maya — typically within minutes; bank transfers — 1 to 3 banking days; cryptocurrency — subject to blockchain confirmation times.

Bonuses and Promotions
jl958 offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome deposit matches, weekly reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP program rewards. The following general conditions apply to all jl958 bonuses:
- Each promotion is governed by specific terms published at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these General Terms, the specific promotion terms prevail.
- Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible player, per promotion, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
- Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonuses not used or wagered within the stated validity period will be automatically forfeited without compensation.
- Not all games contribute equally toward meeting wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, table games, and sports betting markets may contribute at reduced rates as specified in each promotion's terms.
- jl958 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reverse any bonus or derived winnings where the Platform has reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, matched betting strategies, or any form of promotional exploitation.
- Multiple accounts created to claim bonuses more than once will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and permanent closure of all related accounts.
- jl958 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice provided where practicable.

Gameplay, Fairness, and Technical Issues
jl958 is committed to providing a fair gaming environment. All Random Number Generator (RNG)-based games use certified RNG systems audited by recognized independent testing laboratories. Live dealer games are operated under licensed frameworks with real-time monitoring.
- Game outcomes are final once confirmed by the jl958 system. Results displayed in your game history are authoritative.

Prohibited Conduct
Important: Violations of this section may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jl958 platform:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or any other tool designed to facilitate gameplay, circumvent game mechanics, or gain an unfair advantage;
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including in live dealer games, poker, or sports betting markets;

- Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime as defined under the Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) of the Philippines;
- Registering using false, borrowed, or stolen identity documents;
- Charging back or disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider while retaining winnings derived from those deposits;
- Sharing account credentials with any third party or allowing any other person to access or operate your jl958 account;
- Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the platform, interferes with other players, or brings jl958 into disrepute.

Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law:
- jl958 provides the platform on an "as available" basis and does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free service at all times;
- jl958's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the amount of funds held in that Player's jl958 account at the time the claim arises;
- jl958 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity;
- jl958 is not responsible for taxation obligations in the Player's jurisdiction. Players are solely responsible for declaring and remitting any taxes applicable to gambling winnings under Philippine law or any other applicable jurisdiction.

Account Suspension and Termination
jl958 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account, at its sole discretion, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
- Provision of false or misleading registration information;
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested;
- Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any criminal conduct;
- Court order, regulatory directive from PAGCOR, or law enforcement instruction;
- Death of the account holder (account balances may be released to the estate upon presentation of legal documentation);
- Extended periods of inactivity, subject to jl958's dormant account policy.
Upon account termination for cause, jl958 reserves the right to forfeit bonus balances and winnings derived from violations. Real money balances will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis subject to any legal holds or regulatory obligations.
Players may voluntarily close their jl958 account at any time by contacting support. Pending withdrawals will be processed to the extent not affected by any outstanding compliance requirements.

Dispute Resolution

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to jl958's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.
The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to this agreement.

Amendments to These Terms
jl958 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, jl958 will provide reasonable notice through the platform, by email to the registered address, or via prominent notice on jl958.club. Your continued use of the jl958 platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the jl958 platform and may request account closure. The version of the Terms and Conditions in force at the time of any dispute shall govern that dispute.
